Up for sale is a Paris style buckle that reads HR & S. It is is rather good condition. The tines or prongs do not swivel and at this point I do not want to attempt to move the bar. This is a dug item with some of the original paint on it. It measures about 1 inch by 3/4 of a inch up and down. Good Luck This buckle is from a period of 1840 to 1880.
